Shield is represented on the Cote d'Azur by Frank Roseman and his son, George, based in Cannes.

Frank Roseman

Frank owns and manages a private investment company with a successful private hedge fund and active property investments in Europe and America. Frank is the European Vice President of a large IT outsourcing company (750+ employees) in India. His wealth of management experience includes service businesses; the tourism industry, having owned and managed a luxury hotel; and a specialist art manufacturer in China.

Frank studied business and marketing at London's Guildhall and holds qualifications in accountancy (IMTA) and estate agency (MNAEA 2004). Frank travels extensively and enjoys martial arts as well as water and snow ski-ing; he is married, and holds an RYA license.

George Roseman

George Roseman is responsible for the operation of the Roseman property interests and has considerable experience in property redevelopment in London as well as managing the company's Anglo-French property sales company.

George read Law at Guildhall, has a Distinction in Travel and Tourism (EIC, Marbella, 2003), and is also a qualified estate agent (MNAEA, 2006). As a member of the elite Parachute Regiment Reserve (IV Para)- having passed 'P Company' and successfully completed his jumps to gain his 'wings' in Brize Norton, 2006 - George is indeed "Utrinque paratus" (ready for anything)! Having lived and studied in Spain he speaks fluent Spanish, French and English (mother tongue).
