Based in Johannesburg, Keith Wolstenholme represents Shield in South Africa where he advises on business divestitures, acquisitions, and capital raisings. He has had direct operational experience managing a number of businesses, and is an active property investor and developer.
Keith joined Shield in 2002 from JPMorgan's South African M&A team, where he had spent two years covering the mining/resources and oil & gas sectors, and one year in JPMorgan's UK M&A team. Prior to this he gained experience in the securities market where he worked in fixed income and treasury roles also for JPMorgan. |

A South African national, Keith graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Commerce and a postgraduate Honours degree in Economics. Keith completed JPMorgan's analyst training programme in New York. He is a member of the CFA Institute, and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter in 2001. Keith enjoys the outdoors and is a keen kitesurfer.
